Oh and as long as we're coining terms I want to add the "coast and go" maneuver which is flat calling a bet then re-raising a raise. It is different from a "stop and go" since you the flat call does not complete the betting action.

An example would be Jeh's coast and go last week. Ryan leads out. Jeh flat calls. Marsh raises with an overpair to the board. Ryan gets out of the way. Jeh now re-raises with what ended up being a GSSFD. After sorting things out Marsh ended up folding. While Marsh was in the tank I ended up giving Jeh 5c7c, an essentially equivalent hand to the 6c7c he ended up showing down.

I would tend to discount a UTG pre-flop call/raise with a premium hand as a coast and go though it is functionally similar. But I'd say that a MP or LP flat call then raise would qualify. Yeah, it's an arbitrary distinction but oh well.

Hmmm...didn't realize that Hellmuth had already used the "orange belt" reference in poker.

But kudos to being the third hit in Google when searching for "orange belt poker".
